  • Visa approval & rejection is not in our hands. We can just help you in arranging the documents & getting it deposited as per prescribed format. Consulate is the final authority to decide on Granting you the Visa
  • All Countries take different time to Process Visa and hence it is recommended to check with us the time taken for Processing of Visa along with Documentation
  • Standard Check in timing is 1500 Hours and Standard Check out timing is 1200 Hours for all Major Hotels unless & until specified otherwise
  • Rooms & Airfares will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Above is just a quote & no confirmation of Services
  • ROE (Rate of Exchange) can change anytime without notice & hence the above rates also as we have based them as per todays ROE (Rate of Exchange)
  • SIC (Seat in Coach) means it will be Group Transfers in 10 or 16 or 28 Seater Vans or Coaches and there can be a waiting time of 15 minutes to half an hours
  • Private Transfers will do Point to Point Service and wont deviate from there schedule or itinerary at the time of Service Delivery

Passport Information

Tourist VISA Requirement

  • Passport: Original passport with a validity for at least 30 days after the intended stay/departure date from South Africa and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping

a) Copies of passport bio-data pages (photo page and address/parents page (INDIAN PASSPORTS)

b) Attach all your old passports (if any)

c) Valid visa to final destination should be stamped on the passport and copy of the visa

d) Handwritten passports are not accepted

  • South Africa visa application form: One visa application Form DHA-84 duly filled and signed by the applicant in BLACK INK and block letters
  • Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport size colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm)

a) Photograph should not be more than 1 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

b) Teeth should not be visible in photographs

  • Covering Letter : An original covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating his name, designation,passport number (date of issue,date of expiry & place of issue), purpose of the trip and duration of the trip. The letter should be addressed: Consulate General of the Republic of South Africa, Mumbai

a) Reference/introduction letter from Indian employer : Letter must have the address, as well as contact details of authorized signature name, designation and signature

  • Financials:

a) Salary slip for the last six months.(if doing job)

b) Original Personal bank statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of Rs. 20000. The statement must have banks stamp & seal

c) Company Bank Statement for last 06 months with seal and sign on every page

Day 1 : Arrival Nairobi

Arrive Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After customs and immigration formalities, you will be welcomed and transferred to your Nairobi City Hotel where you are booked on Bed & Breakfast.

Day 2 : Nairobi – Aberdares / Mount Kenya Region

Breakfast and morning at leisure. Lunch at Safari Park Hotel followed by departure in direction Aberdares/Mount Kenya region. Arrival in the afternoon. Enjoy beautiful views of Mount Kenya (weather dependent).

Dinner and Overnightstay at Aberdares.

Day 3 : Aberdares / Mount Kenya Region – Samburu

Breakfast at your lodge. Depart for Samburu. Game drive Samburu with picnic lunch en-route. Animals commonly seen are elephants, lions, cheetahs, Grevy’s zebras, giraffes, gerenuks, buffalos, Oryx, grants gazelles, dikdiks and waterbucks. There are over 350 varieties of birds. These include the famous Somali Ostriches (distinguished by their unique purple/blue legs during mating season), kingfishers, humming birds, eagles, guinea fowls and vultures. Arrival in the late afternoon.

Day 5 : Samburu – Lake Nakuru

Breakfast at your Lodge/Camp. Departure to Nyahururu Falls & Great Rift Valley View Point for Photo stop and picnic lunches. Continue to Lake Nakuru national park. The park is a popular place for visitors as well as locals. Waterbuck are usually sighted along the lake shore, and this is the home of the Rothschild’s giraffe. Baboon, impala, buffalo, monkeys, warthog,impala, reedbuck and eland are also resident here. However, the main attractions are the rhinos. The park is a designated rhino sanctuary and it is one of the best places in Kenya to observe them. Both black and white Rhinos thrive here. Besides the greater and lesser flamingoes, the park is home to many other species including, the Great crested Grebe, the black necked Grebe, little Grebe, Pelicans, Cormorant, African Darter, Egyptian Geese, night Heron, Fish Eagle, grey Heron, Marabou stork, Sacred and Hadada Ibis. Game drive and arrival at your Lodge in the early evening.

Day 6 : Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast departure in direction Masai Mara with picnic lunches. Leaving the lakes area behind; begin your ascent up over the top of the Mau Escarpment. Then, heading due south, you travel towards Narok, gateway to the Masai Mara and district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. You will travel across the breadbasket of Kenya, covered with acres of wheat and barley, before you reach your lunchtime destination. After lunch, proceed for a game drive. Masai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, and punctuated by marshes and forests. Certainly the most frequented game reserve in Kenya, this 650 sq kilometer reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere. During the seasonal migrations, Masai Mara is home to up to a million wildebeest and an equally impressive number of zebras that move into the area from neighboring Serengeti National Park, in Tanzania. The reserve is some to all the “big five” and it is also possible to observe; baboon, eland, ostrich, bat-eared fox, jackal and cheetah. The rivers abound with hippos and crocodiles. Visit of an authentic Masai Village for cultural encounter. Arrival at your Lodge/Camp in the late afternoon.

Day 7 : Masai Mara Game Reserve

Wake up call. Early morning tea/coffee. Set out for an early morning game drive in the reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, Cheetah and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search for their next meal, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog...whatever the players, and the spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe inspiring! Return to the lodge for breakfast. Mid-morning at leisure. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive will follow returning for dinner

Day 8 : Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi – Departure

After breakfast drive to Nairobi. Drop off at your Nairobi City Hotel or Jomo Kenyatta international Airport for your out bound flight in the evening.

Payment Policy

  • The above prices are subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodation and services at the time of processing the reservation
  • The quote is based on the above hotels and any change will impact the cost. Long week-ends & school holidays in South Africa may attract a supplement
  • The check-in time is 1430 hours and check out time is 1030 hours. Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request
  • Full day vehicle is 8 to 9 hours and half - day is 4 to 5 hours. On the Garden Route the vehicle is available for 10 to 12 hours. Any extra hours required may not be allowed and is purely on request and will be charged for
  • The drivers/guides may not stay in the same hotel as the clients. It is customary to pay 10% gratuity (tips) both to the driver and the guide to ensure a more pleasurable services
  • Any unutilised entrances/sightseeing is non-refundable
  • For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
  • Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
  • During Peak Season (Summer Holidays, Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure
  • Passenger Information: Baggage allowance for domestic flights is 15kgs per person including hand luggage. Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24 x 17 x 7  are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at owner\\\\\\\'s risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised).
  •  Single Rooms: Accommodation in singles rooms will be charged up to a maximum of 3 rooms at the single room rate subject to availability. Additional rooms will be charged at TWIN SOLE USE rate (on request basis)
  • Variation in rates: Private Safaris may alter the contract rates in writing in case of changes in park entrance fees and other levies and taxes. Once you have booked a safari and we have confirmed the booking, the contract rates are fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: 30 days or more before departure
  • INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days before departure
  • Cancellation : 15 to 30 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure
  • Cancellation : 15 days or less before departure
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure
  • Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

  • Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
  • It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
  • All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
