Important Points
- Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
- All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
- Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
- Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
- Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment
- Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa
- There should not be any Heena (Mahendi) on Hands if you are going for Bio Metric (UK, Schengen or USA)
- Visa approval & rejection is not in our hands. We can just help you in arranging the documents & getting it deposited as per prescribed format. Consulate is the final authority to decide on Granting you the Visa
- All Countries take different time to Process Visa and hence it is recommended to check with us the time taken for Processing of Visa along with Documentation
- Standard Check in timing is 1500 Hours and Standard Check out timing is 1200 Hours for all Major Hotels unless & until specified otherwise

Day 1 : Arrival Hanoi
Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi. Transfer to Hotel by private Van and Check in. As flight will arrive in evening Hrs , you can explore evening market or take rest at Hotel only.

Day 2 : Hanoi
After Breakfast proceed for full day Ninh Binh - Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda.This full day trip is a good way to discover Ninh Binh nature and beauty. The boat trip in Trang An will pass by the Kong island. Pick-up guests at hotels or meeting point in Hanoi Old quarter area. Visit Bai Dinh pagoda complex - the biggest pagoda in Southeast Asia. Having lunch at local restaurant. Join the boat trip along Trang An river. Later back to the bus and back to Hanoi.

Day 3 : Hanoi
After Breakfast proceed for Full-Day Halong Bay Islands and Caves Tour with Veg Lunch at 08 : 00 Hrs, Experience the Scenic beauty of Ha Long Bay Full Day Tour from Hanoi. Marvel at the karst rock formations and islands of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, visit the most beautiful cave in Halong bay: Heavenly Palace Cave, interesting activities for the best discovery Halong: Kayaking or Bamboo boat in the emerald waters and take a traditional cruise in Halong with seafood lunch served on.

Day 4 : Hanoi - Da Nang
Morning drop off to airport to board flight for Da Nang. Flight will depart around 0900 Hrs. Arrive Da Nang. Pick up from airport around 1030 Hrs & proceed Da Nang Orientation Tour. Around 1200 Hrs early Indian Lunch & drop off to hotel Around 1430 Hrs or may be little late around 1600 Hrs (as you say) pick up from hotel & proceed for Hoi An Basket Tour & Hoi An Evening Tour. Dinner will be doing in Hoi An.

Day 5 : Da Nang
Around 0800 Hrs leave for Ba Na Hills with veg lunch. e. Treat the kids to a trip to the fairytale-like Ba Na Hills with this day tour! Reach the French-inspired hilltop resort on a cable car, your family’s ride throughout the tour. See the forested hills of Ba Na from a sea of clouds, and spot pockets of boulders and waterfalls here and there. arrives at the French Village of L’ Jardin. Day 6 : Ho Chi Minh City
After Brekfast proceed for Mekong Delta & Cu Chi Tunnel with veg lunch from Ho Chi Minh City – Full Day Tour. Our Southern Vietnam’s legendary Mekong Delta – home to river islands, bucolic villages, Khmer pagodas and rice paddies, Begin your boat trip at My Tho, famous for its floating markets and the revered Vinh Tràng Temple, Dine on local flavours over lunch at an orchard garden in one of the river’s islets.Our first stop is the Vinh Trang Temple, a peaceful Buddhist temple of intricate architecture set in a beautiful garden.
