Important Points

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment

Day 1 : Arrival Hanoi Vietnam

Our English speaking guide will meet and welcome you at Noi Bai international airport. Transfer you to Hanoi downtown for check in. Upon arrival, visit The Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Constructed in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Have a 20 minute drive out of town to visit the serene Museum of Ethnology where you observe Vietnam\\\'s diverse culture through the Museum’s unique presentation of artefacts and dress used in daily life. (Museum of Ethnology is closed on Mondays). Drive back to central Hanoi for an one hour cyclo tour through the Old Quarter to enjoy the bustling local life. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It\\\'s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities all around you.

Day 2 : Tam Coc Full Day Tour

Trip starts at 8:00am from your hotel lobby for Ninh Binh province, which owns Hoa Lu and Tam Coc as the most favorite sightseeing of tourists from all over the world.

About 10:30am, you will arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai To moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present day Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples have been built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to

King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.

1:30pm, 5 minute-walk to the boat station and start the 2hour-boat trip to visit Tam Coc. Known as “Halong Bay on land”, Tam Coc are three limestone caves stretching along Ngo Dong river. The boat trip is a nice journey along the river with peaceful scenery of Limestone Mountains, rice paddy and the site of some temples along the way from Hang Ca (first cave) to Hang Hai (second cave) and Hang Ba (third cave).

4:00pm leave Tam Coc and drive back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 6:00pm.

Day 3 : Hanoi – Halong

Note: Transfer Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi by cruise shuttle bus

Your morning departure from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay takes you on a journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta. Observe everyday life of Vietnamese Villages as you see the villagers work the local rice fields, take live pigs to market on bicycles and plough the fields with their large water buffaloes.

Arrive in Halong and board a traditional sailing junk. As the vessel sets sails, you will be greeted by the Crew Team who will aim throughout your stay at providing you with the highest standards of service for a pure pleasure and utmost comfort onboard. Discover some of the treasures disseminated across the Bay of the Descending Dragon during the afternoon: fascinating caves, pristine beaches, picturesque floating villages, fantastic rock formations rising up out of emerald water. While onboard, you can take advantage at leisure of the cruise services; surrounded by a stunning setting in motion, you could attend our chef\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking.

Transfer back to Hanoi.

Free at leisure until your private vehicle & guide will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure flight.

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
