Day 1 : Arrival in Cairo, at leisure

Arrival to Cairo international airport, meeting & assistance through passports and customs formalities by the representatives of Cairo Transport & Touring, transfer to hotel for check in and Overnight. (Normal check in time at 14:00 hrs.). Theres plenty to do, but this depends on your time of arrival.

(Optional at the evening), Dinner cruise with belly dance and tanoura show

Day 2 : Giza Pyramids, Museum, and Khan El-Khalili

Breakfast at our hotel in the early morning. Then representative will pick you up at 08:00 AM and you will be accompanied by our tour guide to Giza Plateau where you will enjoy the panoramic view of the great pyramids Cheops, and Mycenirus, and The Sphinx the statue with a human head which refers to wisdom and body of Lion which refers to Power and the Valley temple. Then you will have your lunch in a local restaurant -around 12:30- before visiting The Egyptian Museum where treasures of Ancient Egyptian kings and queens are guarded, especially the content of Tut-Ankhamun tomb. You will be mesmerized by the greatness of Ancient Egyptian civilization. Then heading to the old market Khan El-Khalili, where you can enjoy the handmade Egyptian objects and souvenirs. After finishing your tour around 16:00 you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 3 : Fly to Luxor

Early breakfast at your hotel before checking out then you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor, representative will meet and assist you in Luxor Airport upon your arrival. You will start your sightseeing tour in Luxor by visiting the West Bank where you can visit the majestic tombs in Valley of the Kings, afterward a visit to Queen Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahari, You will visit also The Colossi of Memnon (gigantic statues for Amenhotep III.) After finishing your tour you will be transferred to check in your cruise and enjoy your lunch at. Dinner while sailing to Esna. Overnight on board. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 4 : Luxor -Esna

(Optional at the morning) Hot air balloon

After having your breakfast on board, our representative and guide will company you to start your tour at 08:00 visiting the great temples in East Bank. Karnak temple and Luxor temple. Then you will be transferred back to your cruise for lunch. Sailing to Esna, Dinner and overnight onboard at Esna. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner.

Day 5 : Edfu and Kom Ombo

Breakfast on Board while sailing to Edfu. Visit Edfu temple 08:00 and back to cruise for Lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo to visit the crocodile temple. After visiting Kom Ombo temple you will be transferred back to the cruise. Enjoy afternoon tea while enjoying the Nile view. Sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight onboard the cruise in Aswan. Day 6 : Aswan tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board. Then pay a visit (tour starts around 08:00) to Aswan best attraction High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and The Philae Temple accompanied by our tour guide. Back to the cruise for lunch. Dinner and overnight on board the cruise in Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 7 : Abu Simbel tour - Flight from Aswan to Cairo

Guide and a representative will pick you up at the early morning around 05:30 Am and transfer you by our private air-conditioned car to Abu Simbel. After arriving you will enjoy the stirring Temple of Ramses II or Ramesses the Great which dedicated to the gods Amun, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, as well as to the deified Rameses himself lunch will be served at a local restaurant during your tour. After finishing your trip you will transfer to your cruise. Check out and transfer to Aswan airport to take your flight back to Cairo. Overnight at your hotel in Cairo. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 8 : End of the tour

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your final flights .

Payment Policy

  • For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
  •  Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
  • During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
  • INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
  • Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

  • Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
  • It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
  • All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
