Arrival to Cairo international airport, meeting & assistance through passports and customs formalities by the representatives of Cairo Transport & Touring, transfer to hotel for check in and Overnight. Day 2 : Free day at leisure

Optional - Exploring Alexandria – Return to Cairo

In the morning, our representative will pick you up at 07:00 to start drive (220 km north-west – three hour’s drive) to Alexandria, Which known as The Pearl of the Mediterranean, has an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern; its ambience and cultural heritage distance it from the rest of the country. Arrival to Alexandria, visit to the Pompey’s Pillar, the Catacombs, and the Fort Qaitbay from outside and Montazah Garden. Afterwards, visit the most famous building in the city, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina from outside. At the end we drive back to the hotel in Cairo and overnight

Day 3 : Egyptian Museum and Pyramids & Sphinx’s and Khan El Khalili Bazaar

Start a full day tour to the Egyptian Museum, which contains the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamon, after that visiting The Pyramids of Giza which are the most famous monuments of ancient Egypt. These were built during the 4th dynasty of Egypt and they were constructed over 4,500 years ago and show us the power and wealth of the pharaoh in the Old Kingdom. Then to Papyrus Fair, Perfume Factory and cotton Shop. Then free time for shopping at The Khan El Khalili Bazaar, which is one of the most interesting bazaars.

Day 4 : – Flight to Aswan – Boarding the Nile cruise – Philae, High Dam and Kom Ombo (Optional at the morning) Abu Simbel trip by Land

After breakfast, Arrive to Aswan station, visit the romantic and majestic Philae Temple on the Island of Agilika and High Dam. Enjoy lunch and Dinner on board & overnight. First night on board.

Day 5 : Visit Edfu and Sailing to Luxor

End of the Nile cruise journey in Luxor after breakfast on board and check out at 8:00 AM. Start your visit to the Temple of Luxor and then onwards to the Temple of Karnak, Valley of the Kings. You will also have the chance to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. On the way back to the river Nile, you will pass by the famed Colossi of Memnon, known in Ancient Greek times for their haunting voices at dawn. Drive to HurghadaDrive to Hurghada by air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Hurghada (approximately 3-4 hours’ drive). Arrive Hurghada and check in. Enjoy your Lunch at hotel. Dinner and overnight in Hurghada.

This is an all-in-one tour, where you get to drive the mini Jeep for 15 minutes and the Quad bike for 30 minutes. We will then drive you with our 4x4 vehicles to the Bedouin camp for a camel ride and to enjoy the night skies.

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
