Day 1 : Mysore

Mysore (or Mysuru) was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399-1947. In its center is opulent Mysore Palace, former seat of the ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles, and is dramatically lit at night. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood

Proceed for Sightseeing. Visit Chamundi Hills to pay your obeisance to Goddess Chamundeshwari. On the way back to city you will see Statue of Mahishasura and Nandi. Pay a visit to Lalith Mahal Palace Hotel. And later visit Jaganmohan Palace Art Gallery. After lunch you will visit Mysore Palace, one of the largest palaces in the country and the beautiful St.Philomena\\\'s Church - the most majestic churches in India. Later drive to Brindavan Gardens a show garden that has botanical park with fountains as well as a musical fountain.

Day 2 : Wayanad

Wayanad -the vast stretches of mist - capped mountains green meadows of valleys, white water springs, blue water lakes and wild forest fabricate the splendid natural beauty of Wayanad.Wayanad\\\\\\\'s climate and geography make it ideal for the cultivation of coffee, tea, cardamom, pepper and rubber. Its pretty image not withstanding, perhaps what the visitor finds most endearing about this quaint little hill station is its large tribal population and their fascinating lifestyles. The natural scenic beauty of Wayanadand its rich natural resources offer several opportunities for adventure tourism. Located at the northeastern tip of Kerala,Wayanad was earlier a part of Kannur district.

Day 3 : Pookkot Lake

After breakfast we proceed for a sight seeing tour to Pookkot Lake, a perennial fresh water lake, nestled among wooded hills. You can explore this vast, blue lake better in motor boats, with feasting eyes on the lush green vegetation on the shores. There are also an aquarium and a spice emporium and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 : Coorg or Kodagu

Coorg or Kodagu is a district in Karnataka and Madikeri is the district headquarters. At an altitude of 1525 meters on Western Ghats, it is also known as the Scotland of India. Coorg is the most famous hill station in Karnataka. According to Puranas, Kodava is the redefined name of Krodhadesa meaning Land of Anger, said to have been inhabited by the Kodava tribe. Some historians believe that it is named after the River Cauvery. Coorg was under the Gangas rule during 9th and 10th centuries and Cholas in the 11th century followed by Hoysalas. Later Coorg was relatively independent under Haleri Rajas until British occupied the region in 1834. Coorg was a separate state before its merger with Karnataka in the year 1956.

Coorg is the largest producer of Coffee in India. Also, it is one of the places with highest rainfall in India. The Kodagu district comprises different communities like Kodava, Tulu, Gowda and Moplah out of which the largest is the Kodava community, both economically and politically. The economy depends on agriculture, coffee plantations, forestry and tourism.

Later proceed to visit Abbey falls-Tucked away between private coffee and spice estates, Abbey Falls offers a splendid backdrop for picnics. Madikeri Fort - The 19th century Madikeri fort with its stone ramparts now houses the prison, a temple, a chapel, a small museum, and assorted government offices, Omkareshwara Temple-Just a stones throw away from the Madikeri Fort is the Omakareshwara Temple, built in 1820 and featuring a blend of red-tile roofed Kerela architecture and Islamic-style domes. Evening visit Raja Seat- is an enchanting picnic spot with a swathing in the nature\\s lap. A visitor to this spot is sure to enjoy the marvelous sight of Sun set and gorgeous valley and mountain ranges. Musical fountain has been attracting a large number of visitors to the garden.

Return to hotel and overnight.

Day 5 : Coorg (Dubare Elephant Camp)

Early breakfast proceed to Dubare elephant camp (to reach the place before 09.00Hrs) offer the 3 hour experience with Elephants consisting of elephant Grooming, feeding, elephant Ride & Coracle Ride, later visit Cauvery Nisargadhama - is an island formed by river Cauvery and is used as a picnic spot island, with lush foliage of thick bamboo groves, sandalwood and teak trees and surrounded by the Cauvery river. The island is accessible through a hanging rope bridge. Lunch at Kushalnagar and later visit Bylakuppe - largest Tibetan settlement in South India. A beautiful Monastery with three large and imposing Golden Buddha statues and in a serene setting beckons you. The temple has 62 feet Buddha statues covered with gold plates is a wonderful sight anytime.

Back to Hotel. Overnight Stay.

Day 6 : Chikmagalur

Morning Breakfast and proceed to Chikmagalur .Known as for its coffee plantations, Chikmagalur is a district in the western part of Karnataka. Coffee plantations extending up to the horizon, natural beauty and a pleasant climate have made the hill station a favorite with tourists. Chikmagalur literally means, Land of the younger daughter. It is said that the land was presented as dowry to the younger daughter of Rukmangada, chief of Sakrepatna. The land given to the Rukmangada elder daughter is known as Hiremagulur. The general belief is that coffee was first cultivated in India in Chikmagalur.

On Arrival Check in at Hotel / Resort. Later proceed to Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri, which is highest peak in Karnataka. The height of Mullayanagiri is 6330 ft (1,930 meters) and it is regarded as the highest peak between Himalayas and Nilgiris. Then proceed to visit Kavikal Gandi Viewpoint, Honnammanahalla (small waterfall), Bababudangiri, Manikyadhara water falls and Dattapeeta. Evening, visit to Mahatma Gandhi Park to see the Spectacular Views of Chikmagalur City and Hills at the backdrop of Chikmagalur City.

Return to Chikmagalur and overnight stay at hotel in Chikmagalur.

Day 7 : Chikmagalur Sightseeing

After Breakfast (on your own), on the way, visit to Water sports Center at Yagatchi to enjoy breathtaking water sports. Then, visit to Belur, a beautiful example of Hoysala architecture. The main attraction of Belur is Channekeshava Temple and then visit to Halebid, The temples of Halebid bear mute testimony to the rich, cultural heritage of Karnataka.

Day 8 : Hassan

Hassan: Found by the chieftain Channa Krishnappa Naik in the 11th century, Hassan city is the headquarters of the Hassan district in Karnataka. Named after the local deity Hassanamba, this district is the architectural capital of Karnataka. The rich culture of the Hoysalas can be seen all over the district. The Hoysala dynasty ruled from Dwara Samudra the capital city then, between the 11th and 14th century. The ruins can still be found in and around Halebid in the Hassan district. Though the rulers of this dynasty belonged to the Jain faith, temples for Lord Shiva can be seen spread over the entire region. Well known for its historical values, Hassan now is city which has grown in leaps and bounds.

Today if you Start your Journey from Msyore then on the way, make a stopover at Sravanbelagola and visit the 17.7mtr high monolithic statue of first Jain sage Gommateshwara Bahubali and the various Frescoes. On Arrival at Hassan Check in at Hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing that involves detailed excursions to Behur and Halebid. While away a lazy evening shopping at the colorful local markets.

Return to the hotel for a prearranged Overnight stay at Hotel.

  • For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 25% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 50% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings within 15 Days before of Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost. Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
  • During Peak Season (Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Hotels if cancelled within 15 Days will be Non refundable
  • Any Cancellation / Amendment from the date of booking till 15 days before arrival will be charged Service Fees + Hotel Cancellation Charges if any (This will be intimated to you at the time of booking)
  • Vehicles can be cancelled D-5 Days before arrival without any Cancellation Charges (Except Peak Season Dates) 
  • Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels & Vehicles, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

  • Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
  • It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
  • All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made
