Important Points

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment

Tourist VISA Requirement

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and two blank pages for visa stamp.

a) Required photocopies of all the pages of the current and previous passport (if any).(even the blank pages)

One visa application form with two copies duly typed and signed on column 37 and 38 n Blue ink only.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letterhead mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai

b) Salary slip with company seal for the last six months.

c) Original Personal bank statements of the applicant for past 1 year for Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, with the original stamp and signature of authorized signatory of the bank (Online Bank statements are not acceptable).With minimum balance of Rs 2 lac.

d) Copy of Pan Card

If Self Employed

The visit continues to the Olympic Village, the Columbus monument and then on to the Montjuïc Mountain, where you will be able to see the Olympic Stadium and Sant Jordi Palace.

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Private sightseeing tour during 2 hours, by luxury car with an English- speaking driver. Meet driver in your hotel and, by the end of this tour, you will have gained a complete vision of the city.
We will approach the façade of the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens and Campo del Moro. The church of San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of Paseo del Prado, the Toledo Bridge, the Prado Museum, and Puerta de Alcalá are also good examples of this splendid style.

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
